Scratch Animation Game Design Workshop
INTRODUCTION
The Scratch Animation & Game Design Workshop is a fun, creative, and beginner-friendly holiday program designed for children aged 7–12 to explore the world of coding through animation and game creation. Using Scratch’s visual programming blocks, students will learn how to design characters, build interactive stories, and create their own playable games — all while developing essential 21st-century skills.
Over two hands-on sessions, students will experience the full creative process: planning a story, coding animations, designing game logic, solving challenges, and showcasing their final projects. This workshop blends creativity with computational thinking, making it the perfect starting point for kids to build confidence in digital skills and early programming.
